The Brain Injury Connection is currently seeking a Program Director to help grow BIC's presence in the panhandle.
Job Responsibilities are as follows:
- Attend meetings in Fort Walton Beach (1st/3rd Fridays 1:30-3:30)
- Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting room
- Remind group members of meetings and/or upcoming events
- Communicate with Group facilitator regarding meeting topic/agenda
- Maintain member list, update with new attendees to meetings
- Manage phone calls and emails
- Organize monthly group speakers
- Create marketing material for community resources: website, social media, quarterly email updates
- Identify and maintain list of community organizations, agencies, providers, etc. that BIC is communicating with regarding services
- Keep meeting room stocked with necessary supplies and organized
- Communicate with Clinical Neuropsychologist Zachary Bayer, PsyD (Executive Director) regarding community contact, marketing logistics attendance and status of group members, supplies needed, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a social science or related field.
- Experience with Google workspace (sheets, documents)
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities

Please note that much of the work can be completed remotely and flexibly. Estimated commitment will likely average 10-15 hours per week. Starting pay based on experience.
