Who We Are
The Brain Injury Connection (BIC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization driven by a goal to improve quality of life for those who have been impacted by brain injury. Acquired brain injury (ABI) affects all areas of an individual's life: independence, as well as physical, emotional, and social functioning. Therefore, we strive to support survivors and their families to manage these major life changes.

To educate and share information about local/national resources and professional services

To provide emotional support and social opportunities for our members

To advocate for individuals with brain injury

What We Do
BIC offers the following:

A community of survivors, caregivers, and family members

Educational programs (physical/mental wellness, vocational) and socialization

Support a better understanding of the impacts that brain injury has on all those affected

Encourage coping with these major life change

Opportunities for volunteering, community outings, and collaboration with other groups

Public awareness about brain injury, its prevention, and life after brain injury
Bi-monthly group meetings!
